Armanious Foundation - Senior Project Coordinator

Armanious Foundations is the CSR arm of the EVA Group, founded by Dr. Mounir Armanious, including EVA Cosmetics, Akhnaton Trading& Distribution, and EVA Pharma. The Foundation drives sustainable social impact through four key pillars: Healthcare, Education, Economic Empowerment, and Humanitarian Aid. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and monitor project work plans, activity schedules, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely delivery. - Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of educational activities, including field visits to Wadi El Natrun, classroom monitoring, and the provision of required resources and logistics. - Maintain effective communication and coordination with teachers, school representatives, parents, community members, team members, and external partners. - Monitor project performance, indicators, attendance, budgets, and progress against targets; identify challenges, recommend corrective actions, and escalate significant risks when necessary. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, attendance records, and activity reports, while ensuring compliance with Foundation policies and safeguarding procedures. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. - 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, implementation, or educational programs; NGO/nonprofit experience is preferred. - Strong communication skills, with good written and verbal English proficiency. - Excellent organizational, planning, follow-up, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and willingness to travel to Wadi El Natrun 2–3 times per week (a car is available).
