Corporate Functions - IT Application Manager

Business Applications - Take end-to-end ownership of key business applications such as Salesforce, Personio, Numiga and other SaaS solutions. - Manage application configuration, administration, releases, user roles and permissions. - Troubleshoot issues and coordinate incidents and changes with users, vendors, and implementation partners. - Continuously improve applications based on business needs and user feedback. Integrations & APIs - Own and manage interfaces, APIs and data flows between our business applications. - Analyze and resolve integration issues and ensure reliable data exchange across systems. - Design and implement new integrations together with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Work hands-on with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication mechanisms and data mappings. - Identify opportunities for integration and automation to reduce manual processes. Application Landscape - Maintain transparency of our application landscape, including applications, ownership, interfaces, dependencies and data flows. - Continuously develop the application landscape with a focus on simplicity, scalability and integration. - Evaluate new applications and technologies regarding business fit, integration capabilities, security and scalability. - Identify opportunities to consolidate applications, simplify processes and reduce complexity. Business Partnership & Vendors - Act as the central interface between business functions, applications and external technology partners. - Translate business requirements into pragmatic and scalable application solutions. - Manage smaller application and integration projects from requirements through implementation and rollout. - Coordinate software vendors and implementation partners and ensure effective service delivery. - Several years of experience in Application Management, Business Applications, Business Systems or a comparable role. - Hands-on experience with modern SaaS applications, ideally across CRM, HR and Finance. - Experience with Salesforce, Personio, Numiga or comparable platforms is an advantage. - Good understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and modern SaaS architectures. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. - Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Strong ownership mentality and the ability to work independently. - Confident communication with business stakeholders, technology partners and software vendors. - Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.
