ABOUT THE ROLE
This is the first dedicated enablement role on a growing recruiting delivery team. You will build the programs that help talent professionals ramp quickly, strengthen their craft, and deliver consistent results for hiring teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and run end-to-end onboarding for new team members, with a clear path from day one to their first hire and a full book of business.
- Build ongoing training through live sessions, coaching, playbooks, certifications, and refreshers.
- Partner with senior team leads to create vertical-specific training and define strong recruiting practices across specialties such as AI and machine learning, engineering, and go-to-market.
- Set quality standards for intake calls, role requirements, candidate submissions, and hiring manager relationships.
- Turn team knowledge into structured, reusable materials and keep the resource library current and accessible.
- Coach team members to develop domain expertise and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Track ramp time, quality, and fill-rate metrics, then use the data to improve enablement programs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Four to seven years of experience building enablement or learning and development programs for sales or recruiting teams.
- Experience owning enablement programs end to end, preferably in an early-stage or scaling organization.
- Background in recruiting, hiring, or HR technology, with an ability to build fluency in recruiting practices.
- Experience supporting teams of 15 or more individual contributors and developing measurable ramp and quality metrics.
- Experience enabling a marketplace, sales, or recruiting delivery organization is relevant.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, call review tools, analytics, or AI-enabled learning systems is useful.
- Authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
