We are looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, transparency, and proactive ownership to a complex, multi-stream software project.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- Risk Management
- Experience with Project Management software like JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, and version control systems like Git
- Understanding of various programming languages and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in planning, organizing, and controlling all stages of a project
- Experience in Outsourcing or working with distributed teams
- At least Upper-Intermediate English level
Nice to have:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to finish, adhering to deadlines and budgets
- Interact with clients to agree on requirements and project updates
- Monitor the quality of task performance in accordance with standards
- Proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies, monitoring project progress using relevant tools and metrics
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, consistently maintaining alignment and ensuring their satisfaction
- Analyze project results and implement improvements
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with all project participants
