Description : We are looking for a curious and proactive Lead Generation Trainee to join our team at Techstack. In this role, you will explore the IT market, research companies and relevant data, prepare lead generation campaigns, and work with our internal tools, automation, and AI-powered solutions. About the Product : Our Lead Generation team helps Techstack reach potential clients across Europe and the US by identifying relevant companies, industries, and business opportunities. We combine market research, data collection, automation, and AI-powered solutions to build and launch targeted campaigns. Our team also continuously explores new tools and approaches to improve research methods and make processes more efficient. Your Team : You will join a small, collaborative Lead Generation team where each specialist has their own area of responsibility while also contributing to shared projects and research activities. Your Responsibilities : - Research companies, industries, markets, and relevant professional communities. - Identify and collect relevant information from various online sources. - Explore new approaches to data research and collection. - Prepare and launch targeted lead generation campaigns. - Work with internal tools and automation solutions. - Explore AI-powered tools and identify opportunities to improve existing workflows. - Participate in research and development activities to find more efficient ways of working. - Gradually take ownership of assigned projects and processes. It’s About You : - You have a basic understanding of the IT industry and current technology trends. - You have good online research skills and can find, analyze, and structure relevant information. - You have strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. - You can independently investigate unfamiliar topics and find solutions without step-by-step guidance. - You are interested in technology, data research, automation, and AI tools. - You are proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new tools and processes. - You can stay focused and productive when working on repetitive or detail-oriented tasks. Would be a plus: - Completed Lead Generation courses or relevant training, preferably with a certificate. - Technical education or currently pursuing a degree in a technical field. - Previous exposure to Lead Generation, market research, data collection, or web scraping.
