Junior International Accountant

We are looking for an Junior International Accountant to join our team. You will handle accounting and documentation for non-resident companies, prepare data for reporting and take part in annual audits. If you have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and international accounting, we’d love to meet you. What you will do: - Preparation and control of the primary documents for non-resident companies, systematization and administration of documentation taking into account the requirements of the jurisdictions. - Preparation and processing of data for the accounting of non-resident companies, control of correctness the bookkeeping of financial transaction in QuickBooks. - Data preparation for the reports and providing to accounting providers for submission to the tax authorities and other authorities in definite jurisdictions. - Participation in the external annual audit, collect and submit to auditors all information in response to audit inquiries and substantive procedures. - Assistance in preparation of financial statements of foreign entities on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually). Ad hoc requests. What we expect from you: - Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related fields. - 1+ years of experience in a similar practical experience with in-depth accounting knowledge, preferably in IT industry environment. - Knowledge and experience with accounting software/ ERP systems (1C, BAS, QuickBooks). - MS Excel, Google Sheets on High level. - Experience working with invoices (verification, search, creation, reconciliation with transactions). - English - Intermediate/Strong Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate.
