Senior Technical Product Manager (AI Agents) - Bengaluru

We are looking for a technically strong Product Manager with hands-on experience building AI-powered products and agents. You will own product strategy, customer discovery and roadmap for enterprise AI applications, turning complex workflows into scalable, reusable product capabilities. Company Details Live2.ai is building an AI-native Social Content Intelligence Operating System for global consumer brands. Its platform uses AI agents to monitor conversations, audit campaigns, analyse consumer behaviour, track influencers and turn social content into commerce. The product combines LLM orchestration, reasoning agents, multimodal AI and enterprise workflow automation. Website: https://live2.ai/ Requirements 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms or AI products. Mandatory hands-on product management experience with AI/LLM-powered applications or AI agents. Practical understanding of LLMs, prompting, RAG, tool calling, agent workflows and AI evaluation. Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems and data architecture. Experience translating complex customer problems into product requirements and shipping products with cross-functional teams. Ability to distinguish reusable product capabilities from customer-specific customisations. Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and technical teams. Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office. Responsibilities Own product vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for enterprise AI products and agent platforms. Drive customer discovery across enterprise customers and identify recurring workflow problems. Convert customer requirements into scalable product capabilities rather than one-off solutions. Define product experiences for building, configuring, testing, evaluating and improving AI agents. Work with AI and Engineering teams on tool calling, retrieval, model selection, guardrails and failure handling. Define success metrics for AI agents, including task completion, accuracy, reliability, latency and cost. Drive enterprise integrations, APIs, permissions, governance and platform readiness. Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans. Use prototypes and lightweight proofs of concept to validate product assumptions. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, AI, Sales, Solutions and Customer Success teams. Track product adoption, customer value, retention and platform scalability.
