HVAC Commercial Service Technician

What You’ll Do - Diagnoses, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems - Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems (including BAS/ATC) - Work with blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications - Handle refrigerant recovery, charging, and system startups - Complete service documentation using company-provided technology - Deliver professional, high-quality service to our customers What You Bring - 10+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience - Strong troubleshooting skills down to the component level - Experience with VAV/VVT systems and building controls (preferred) - EPA Universal Certification (preferred) - Trade school or technical training (preferred) - Valid driver’s license with a good record - Ability to work independently and manage your day What We Offer (And Why Techs Stay) - Competitive Hourly Wage (based on experience) - Company Vehicle + Gas Card - Company iPad & iPhone (fully equipped for the field) - Company-Provided Power Tools & Uniforms - Yearly Tool Allowance - Ongoing Technical Training, Updates & Skill Development - Supportive team structure so you’re not out there alone - Career Growth Opportunities within a stable, growing company Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
