По суті, це платформа, де бізнес може засетапити своє опитування та отримати advanced behavioural analytics від нашої моделі на підставі того, як юзер водив мишою, відповідав на різні питання, тупив та чухався. Нам потрібен Data Scientist/Analyst який буде руками нашого Scientific Lead: він формулює гіпотези, а ви перевіряєте їх на даних. У роботі багато SQL, фіча інженерії та класичного ML. What you'll do - Do the hands-on work behind the Scientific Lead's hypotheses and experiments - Write and optimise SQL in PostgreSQL to pull and prepare behavioural data - Build features from behavioural signals such as mouse movement, timing and answer patterns - Run longitudinal and trend analyses, and build baseline statistical and classical ML models - Use NLP on open-text survey answers - Find quick, cheap ways to test hypotheses - Report results clearly: what you analysed, what you found, which features matter and why What you need - SQL: correct, efficient queries, join optimisation, stored procedures, Postgres functions - Strong hands-on feature engineering - Longitudinal data analysis: trend analysis, autoregressive modelling - Classical ML: scikit-learn, statistical modelling - NLP: grammar decomposition, named entity recognition - Agentic AI: API basics - Python Soft skills - You form hypotheses and define how to validate them - You're comfortable thinking speculatively - You explain your work clearly and logically Stack: Python, PostgreSQL, scikit-learn The Team - Playing Founder - Scientific Lead - Project Manager - 2x Fullstack Devs - Anti-Fraud Automation QA - DevOps For fulltime players we offer: - 15 paid day-offs per year. - 10 US/UA holidays. - Flexible schedule and fully remote work from anywhere with reliable overlap to CET. - Senior team members. - Minimal bureaucracy, high authonomy and trust, fast decisions.
