О вакансии
What’s the role about?
We are looking for an Area Visual Manager to join our Visual Merchandising team, creating welcoming, easy-to-shop stores with a consistent look and feel. Working closely with the Area Manager, you will use sales and performance information to improve product displays and drive profitable sales, while coaching and supporting store teams to deliver our visual merchandising standards.
You will oversee our Outer London store locations, ensuring exceptional standards of product presentation and a consistent customer experience across the area.
Who you are
- Experienced in leading visual merchandising across several fashion stores, with a genuine passion for luxury fashion and high standards of product presentation.
- A thorough understanding of how visual merchandising combines creativity with sales performance, and the ability to apply this in store.
- An excellent relationship builder who communicates confidently at all levels and works closely with head office, store teams and the Area Manager.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand sales and performance reports, spot trends and use the findings to make improvements, while keeping up to date with the industry and competitors.
- Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, confident working independently while working well with teams across the business.
What you'll be doing
- Coaching and inspiring store teams during store visits, building their skills and confidence to present products to a high standard independently.
- Representing the brand through a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and careful attention to styling. Taking a ‘Walking in the customer’s shoes’ approach to create clearly organised, easy-to-shop spaces that group products by how and when customers will wear them.
- Identifying ways to improve store presentation and building team skills through focused visual merchandising training, including planned sessions away from the shop floor.
- Regularly reviewing competitors and how our brand compares within each partner location, setting high standards and introducing creative ideas to improve product presentation and drive sales.
- Using sales and performance information to make targeted changes to store layouts and displays, working closely with the Area Manager to assess the results and adjust the approach where needed.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business and sharing successful ideas and new approaches so teams in other areas can benefit.
What we offer
- Competitive salary and company bonus.
- Up to 65% employee discount.
- Access to exclusive sample sales.
- MetLife Virtual GP.
- Medicash health support plan.
- Workplace pension contributions.
- Enhanced parental leave policies.
- Electric Vehicle scheme via Octopus Energy.
- Cycle to Work programme.
- Season ticket travel loan.
- Annual Leave purchase.
- Access to additional Retail Discounts.
- Plus, a range of further benefits, including salary sacrifice for tax savings.
