О вакансии

About Beamable Beamable is the backend and LiveOps infrastructure platform for game developers, the system that lets studios build, operate, and scale live games without constructing the underlying architecture themselves. Backend services, identity, analytics, meta-game systems, virtual economies, and AI-native tooling: all integrated into a single platform that eliminates the point-solution stitching that has defined game development for too long. Beamable also powers Wingman, an agentic LiveOps product that gives game teams a unified operating system to understand, optimize, and act on live game performance in real time. This is the future of how games are operated. Beamable is part of FIRY, a founder-led global technology portfolio operating at the intersection of gaming, AI-powered performance marketing, and developer infrastructure. Acquired in January 2026, and together with Skillz, our competition platform, and RZR, our AI-driven ad network, Beamable sits at the foundation of a compounding ecosystem that no standalone competitor can replicate. If you want to build the infrastructure that games run on at a company with the vision and resources to back it — Beamable is the right place to do it. About the Role Beamable is seeking a Head of Product to shape its platform vision and lead its next phase of growth in the game backend market. This is an opportunity to build the product function from the ground up, guide the platform from early access through public release, and advance AI integration to deliver meaningful value for game studios. As the company’s senior product leader and sole product practitioner, you will own product strategy, roadmap, launch milestones, and success metrics, combining strategic direction with hands-on execution. You will work directly with studios and design partners, represent Beamable’s product vision at industry events, and translate customer insights into clear priorities. Success in this role means delivering a successful public launch, developing early-access studios into reference customers, and establishing a product foundation that drives adoption and sustained revenue growth. Responsibilities - Product Strategy & Vision Ownership. Set the product vision for Beamable’s platform — spanning player engagement, developer tools, data enrichment, and player intelligence — and own the roadmap from early access through public release and beyond. Partner with the CRO on packaging, pricing, and tracking the studio funnel quantitatively. - Public Release & Launch Execution. Drive Beamable’s product through its launch milestones: early design partners, public release, and strategic partnerships. Define and own the go/no-go criteria for each milestone, ensuring the product ships when it’s ready to win. - Studio Partnership & Customer Discovery. Spend meaningful time every week with studios, design partners, and game developers — running discovery calls, demos, onboarding sessions, and roadmap reviews. Join sales calls and paid pilots with the CRO and turn each design partner into a reference case. - AI Integration & Product Intelligence. Define the guardrails, data policies, and feedback loops that make Beamable’s AI capabilities safe, effective, and trustworthy for game teams. Integrate with best-in-class tools studios already use and shape the intelligent systems that differentiate the platform. - Metrics Ownership & Product Function Build-Out. Define success metrics across the studio lifecycle — time to value, pilot conversion, retention, usage, and revenue per studio — and do your own analysis in SQL. Establish the product processes Beamable runs on: discovery, specs, prioritization, and launch reviews. Key Competencies - Platform Product Strategy. Proven ability to set and execute product vision for a developer-facing platform, owning the strategy across multiple capability areas simultaneously — not just a feature set. - Customer-Facing Product Leadership. Equally credible with studio heads, producers, and engineers. Comfortable running a demo, leading a discovery call, supporting a sale, and representing the product at industry events including GDC and Gamescom. - Gaming Live-Ops Domain Expertise. Deep understanding of what a studio’s growth or live-ops team does day-to-day — events, offers, economies, segmentation, player support, and player data — and what slows them down. - AI/ML Product Judgment. Experience shipping AI or ML-driven features to production. Knows where AI adds genuine value, where it needs guardrails, and how to define data policies that serve both studio needs and platform integrity. - Data Fluency & Metrics Ownership. Can build dashboards, write SQL, and live with retention, churn, and revenue metrics over time. Runs experiments before big bets rather than after. - 0-to-1 Startup Product Leadership. Comfortable being the only PM in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. Has built product processes from scratch and can hold the strategy and the execution at the same time. - Technical Depth. Conversant in data warehouses, APIs, SDKs, and system design. Can earn the respect of engineers and studio technical leads without needing a dedicated translator. Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. - 10+ years in product management, including experience as a product lead or head of product owning a product line’s strategy — not just a feature set. - Proven experience in gaming live-ops — either running live games or building tools for teams that do: events, offers, economies, segmentation, player support, or player data. - Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup as a solo or founding PM, with demonstrated comfort operating in ambiguity with shifting priorities. - At least one AI or ML-driven feature shipped to production and used by real customers. - Demonstrated data fluency: SQL, product analytics tools, and a track record of living with business metrics over time to drive decisions. - Experience with customer engagement platforms (Braze, CleverTap), game backends (PlayFab, Nakama, Unity Gaming Services), or data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) preferred. - Experience taking a product from early access to public launch preferred. Total Starting Compensation including Base + Bonus + Equity: $212,625 + Bonus + Equity Location: Remote - CA, NV, or NY Travel Requirement: Less than 10% Why Beamable - Comprehensive Benefits. 100% coverage for medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents. 401K matching, equity incentives, pre-tax benefit options, and more. - Wellness Support. Meditation and mental health resources, physical fitness coaching and classes, family planning assistance, virtual therapy sessions, and more. - Time Off. Competitive PTO and company holidays. Beamable embraces diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. As part of our commitment to diversifying our workforce, we do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, sex, gender, gender identity, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, marital status, citizenship, veteran status, or disability status, and we operate in compliance with applicable fair chance ordinances. #GC-Remote #GC-1
