You get in front of the camera, explain AI in a way that gets people excited, and build both our brand and our conversions. You’re not a mouthpiece but a real personality. The challenge: we’re a B2B company that wants to build a brand like a consumer company.   WHAT TO EXPECT - Content production: Create TikTok and Instagram content regularly: short, entertaining videos about AI, automation and our products. - Formats & ideas: Bring your own ideas, help develop new formats and learn what performs. - Brand & conversion: Plan content that builds the brand and drives conversions at the same time. - Collaboration: Work closely with our Creative Strategist.   WHAT YOU BRING MUST-HAVES - Comfortable on camera and entertaining to watch. - Excited about AI and the wider space, beyond a passing interest. - Native-level Italian and good English. NICE-TO-HAVES - Experience with filming and editing: you can set up a camera, lighting and sound, and edit your own videos (e.g. CapCut or Premiere).   WHAT WE OFFER - €50,000 to €65,000 - Equity - Daily lunch and dinner at our Vienna office, plus drinks, protein bars and vitamins - Equipment of your choice - Regular team off-sites   HIRING PROCESS To apply, send us a vertical video (30–60 seconds, TikTok or Reels style) that would make a hair salon, a plumbing business or a dental practice want to try an AI phone assistant like fonio.
