Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. - Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. - Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms is advantageous. - Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural experience.
