Warehouse Operative (Monday to Friday rotating)

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Milton Keynes team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00. Salary: £27176.70 per annum What you'll be doing: - Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse. - Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT - Ensure the correct amount of product is picked - Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times - Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse - Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers - Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards. - Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager. - Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages - Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment What we're looking for: - Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage - Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance - PPT/MHE experience is desirable for this role - Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy - Reliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well What is in it for you?
