This position is perfect for individuals who are dedicated to the hospitality sector and have a passion for providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities - Deliver excellent customer service to Finnish-speaking clients and guests across various hospitality environments. - Manage inquiries, reservations, and service requests through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. - Assist clients in understanding the range of hospitality services and amenities available to them. - Effectively address and resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure a positive guest experience. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. - Stay current on hospitality industry trends to provide well-informed advice and suggestions to clients. - Record client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement and service quality assurance. Requirements - Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. - Strong problem-solving skills focused on providing outstanding customer satisfaction. - Knowledge of hospitality services and the ability to convey this effectively to clients. - Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
