Job Title Technician Job Description Summary Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities. Job Description About the Role 1. To provide Technical Support maintenance and operation support services in accordance with the service guidelines provided as below to this document. Specifically, as below tasks: - Supervise Term Contractor workmen to carry out work as stipulated in respective contracts - Supervise works on maintenance matters, service facilities, conservancy work and others - Liaise with Contractors to ensure proper work procedures adhere to authorities’ regulations and act - Certify and submit the Term Contractor’s final report detailing work done at site for preparation of completion - certificate for payment - Review service request cases, fault reporting and enquiries logged in by users - Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems - Follow up with repair/replacement works where necessary - Attend to complaints and feedback from tenants/clients. - Carry out daily walkthrough inspection for building defect and system equipment with checklist and signed off. - Escalate to superior for required follow-up for closure. - Attend to any other matter as assigned from time to time including breakdown maintenance. - Available to return to site after office hours, whenever required, to attend to and resolve any urgent fault cases. 2. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Client/FM team About You - Minimally with Technical Diploma holder in building, Mechanical or equivalent NTEC certificate or ITE certificate with 3 years of experience - Able to communicate with others and exchange accurate information; - operate a computer and other office productivity machinery Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
