About the role
- 국내 기업 고객 대상 Tenant Representation 서비스 수행
- 고객사 부동산 전략 수립 및 자문 제공
- 오피스 이전, 확장, 통합 및 재계약 프로젝트 리드
- 신규 고객 발굴 및 비즈니스 개발(Business Development)
- 상업용 부동산 시장 분석 및 인사이트 제공
- RFP 및 제안서(PPT) 작성 및 프레젠테이션 수행
- 건물주, 임대인 및 이해관계자와의 협상 주도
- 프로젝트 수행 및 주니어 인력 멘토링
- 글로벌 네트워크 및 해외 오피스와의 협업 수행
About you
Qualifications
- 관련 경력 5~12년
- 상업용 부동산 임대차, 브로커리지, 자산관리 또는 부동산 자문 경험 보유
- 고객 대면 및 프로젝트 수행 경험
- 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 역량
- PowerPoint, Excel 활용 능력
- 비즈니스 영어 가능자
Preferred Qualifications
- Tenant Representation 또는 Office Leasing 경험 보유자
- 국내 대기업 및 글로벌 기업 고객 관리 경험
- 신규 고객 발굴 및 매출 창출 경험
- 상업용 부동산 시장 및 주요 오피스 권역에 대한 높은 이해도
- AI Tool(ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude 등)을 활용한 업무 생산성 경험
- 프레젠테이션 및 제안서 작성 능력 우수자
