AI Scheduler

ABOUT THE ROLE Join an AI construction technology team building 4D scheduling capabilities that connect 3D models with project timelines and planning data. You will bring experienced general contractor project management judgment to product and engineering decisions, helping make construction planning more practical and effective. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Help design and develop 4D scheduling capabilities based on how construction projects are planned and executed. - Guide product and engineering decisions with hands-on experience in project planning and delivery. - Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings as part of your daily work. - Collaborate with engineers on technical and AI-related work without needing to write code. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 8 to 12 or more years of construction project management experience spanning both planning and execution, including end-to-end responsibility for complex projects or project managers. - Experience at general contracting companies and managing multiple complex construction projects across the United States. - Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings. - Experience owning schedules in P6, Primavera, or 4D/BIM tools, and using or building AI or automation to improve scheduling. - A background that combines construction management with scheduling, technology, AI, or field execution experience. - Civil engineering or construction management background is beneficial. - Must be located in the United States and be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Hybrid, based in San Francisco, California. The role includes working in person with the team approximately one week per month.
