Software Engineer, AI Agents

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a product engineering team building AI-powered tools for data and marketing workflows. You will explore new product ideas, shape the underlying AI architecture, and take promising prototypes into production. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Rapidly prototype AI applications to explore new ways to support data and marketing workflows. - Work closely with a small team and senior leaders to develop and ship product ideas. - Make decisions about AI architectures, frameworks, and where different language models are effective. - Build production data agents that use company data to answer analytics and data science questions. - Learn user workflows and create seamless AI-assisted product experiences. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5 to 12 years of software engineering experience building core products. - Strong backend architecture skills and product intuition, with the ability to prototype quickly and build production-ready systems. - Experience building complex AI applications and applying machine learning in product or engineering contexts; direct LLM experience is welcome but not required. - Experience at a high-growth startup or growth-stage company, ideally in a high-velocity product engineering environment. - A track record of increasing scope or responsibility, including experience building products from inception through iteration. - Strong computer science or mathematics fundamentals and exposure to AI concepts. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: $200,000 to $320,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION Remote within the United States.
