What You Will Need Required Qualifications - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. - Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. - Health care provider certification (BCLS). - Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans. - Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. - Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Preferred Qualifications - BSN preferred.
