Apply now. - Schedule and coordinate transportation from Valmont and Non-Valmont locations. - Select carriers effectively using a Route guide to support the cost savings strategy. - Optimize Valmont´s logistics operations through reorganizing shipping schedules, consolidating loads, and maximizing vehicle usage to reduce costs. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehouse staff, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics operations. - Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers and import/export department to ensure on time border crossing. - Maintain operational reports and TMS data accurate and updated for internal customers. - Use data analytics to maintain and monitor KPIs such as on time pickups and deliveries, system updates completion and operational costs. - Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain and recommend process enhancements. - Plan and execute logistics projects, ensuring timely deliveries - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and customer satisfaction.
