Senior Product Analyst

About the Role As a Senior Analyst at Pearl, you will drive data-informed business decisions by uncovering insights, identifying growth opportunities, and evaluating the impact of business and product initiatives. You will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, supporting experimentation, conducting deep-dive analyses, and translating data into actionable business recommendations. You’ll also contribute to Pearl’s growing investment in AI and Agentic Analytics, leveraging cutting-edge LLMs and AI agents to automate analytical workflows, improve data accessibility, and enable smarter, faster decision-making. What You’ll Do - Collaborate with Product and business teams to formulate hypotheses, design A/B experiments, define success metrics, and analyze results. - Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and provide actionable business recommendations. - Act as a strategic analytics partner, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and shape business direction. - Leverage AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents to automate analytical workflows and improve efficiency. - Develop AI-powered solutions and agentic workflows that enable self-service analytics and faster access to insights. - Build and enhance reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. What We’re Looking For - 5+ years of experience in product analytics (preferably within e-commerce or customer experience products). - Proficiency in analysis and business modeling using Excel. - Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, Power BI, and Python / R would be a plus. - Experience with SQL and a strong ability to write complex queries to extract information and arrive at an answer. - Expertise in descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. - Strong experience in setting up and driving A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and analyzing the results. - Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents, with an interest in applying them to analytics and automating analytical workflows. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Strong upper-intermediate English proficiency.
