WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE Starting pay $18-21/hr Are you looking to jumpstart a career in manufacturing? As a Warehouse Associate at Closet America, you’ll be hands-on with our fabrication equipment, helping bring custom closet and organization systems to life. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required—just the right attitude and work ethic. What We Offer - Base hourly pay ($18-$21/hr) - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability & Voluntary Insurance - 401K plan with company match - Paid holidays and vacation days - Advancement opportunities to grow within the company WHAT YOU'LL DO - Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing equipment and the production floor to support safe, efficient operations. - Clean and prepare machines for the next shift, ensuring equipment is ready for production. - Assist with basic machine upkeep and housekeeping to help maximize production uptime. - Perform routine quality and visual checks while following established procedures. - Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently as needed (training provided). - Complete repetitive, routine tasks and rotate between equipment or work areas as business needs require. - Follow all safety policies and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Work closely with production team members to keep operations running smoothly and minimize downtime.
