Sr. Software Engineer (Ruby On Rails)

Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer I (SSE-I), you will be responsible for leading technical aspects of software development, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, optimize, and maintain complex software solutions. Core Responsibilities - Independently Execute full software development life cycle - Lead in the requirement understanding, architecture, design, and development of complex applications - Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices - Implement clean, efficient, and secure code based on provided specifications using design patterns and other coding standards - Write and maintain test cases if needed to ensure robustness, usability, and general reliability of applications - Continuously learn and apply best practices in software development, particularly in Ruby on Rails / MERN / Frontend, to improve your skills and the quality of your work - Work closely with other developers, designers, and the other team to ensure the applications meet business needs and user requirements - Assist in the documentation of application features, functionality, and guides - Participation in weekly calls/scrum meetings - Lead and handle all aspects of written communications independently. Meeting Leadership: Lead calls and meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective management of discussions.
