This is a senior-level seller/doer opportunity designed for a municipal engineering professional who has successfully transitioned from project delivery into business development, client leadership, and market growth. The ideal candidate brings a combination of municipal engineering expertise, established industry relationships, and a proven record of winning work. This individual has previously delivered municipal infrastructure projects and now leverages that technical credibility to build trusted relationships with municipalities, identify opportunities, lead pursuits, and secure engineering consulting services. This role will serve as a key ambassador for Gonzalez Companies, helping municipalities solve infrastructure challenges while driving long-term growth throughout the Missouri market.
