Join us and contribute to our mission of tackling packaging waste with innovative, inclusive approaches. - Lead technical implementation projects for our enterprise customers, ensuring successful integration of our SaaS solution - Configure and customise our platform according to specific client requirements and business needs - Develop and maintain data mappings between client systems and our platform, ensuring seamless data flow - Provide technical consulting to customers throughout the implementation process and support pre-sales activities - Drive API integration projects, working closely with customers' IT teams and third-party integration partners - Create and maintain technical documentation for customer implementations - Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to align implementation processes with product updates - Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation - Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth customer onboarding - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes and best practices About us Shaping a sustainable future together We're building the global operating system for packaging sustainability to empower companies in making data-driven decisions.
