À propos du poste
Spectral Labs is building foundation models for engineering physical systems. We're hiring new graduates for raw ability, not domain experience: you'll work across geometry and data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, internal tooling, and training and experiment support, and find out where you're strongest by working across the whole system. You're graduating with a Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, engineering, math, physics, or a related field, or graduated within roughly the last two years, with real strength in at least one of machine learning, geometry, graphics, or AI, strong Python and/or C/C++, and evidence that you teach yourself hard things quickly and finish them. We're excited about people who can make an impact, whatever their background.
This is a fully in-person role at our office in SF. You must be currently based in the US to be eligible, and we are not able to sponsor visas for this role. Compensation and equity total $150–220k annually. Benefits include health insurance (with a 100%-premium option), dental, a 401(k) match, and company-expensed meals and commuting.
