About the role As an Outpatient Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN), you’ll provide direct patient care as part of a hemodialysis team, working under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. You’ll help deliver safe, effective dialysis treatments, monitor patients throughout their care, document treatment information, and support patients and families as they manage kidney disease. This role is ideal for LPNs who enjoy hands-on patient care, building relationships, and developing expertise in a specialized area of nursing. Compensation Hourly Rate: $22.00–$35.00 Pay depends on work location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
