Investigative Data Analyst

The Semester of Service Program offers students a volunteer project-based opportunity to support real Federal missions, gaining hands-on experience and valuable career-ready skills. Students must be enrolled not less than half-time in an accredited trade school, technical or vocational institute, junior college, college, university, or other accredited educational institution. With this project, you'll support a data Analytics & Research based project. Major duties: Conduct research, review data, document a comprehensive report using provided data of criminal investigation metrics and food safety violations. Workforce and management interviews: conduct 5 to 20 personnel interviews using a set of predetermined questions, review and compile answers, identify trends, help identify ways to improve employee work life balance. Using a predictive analytics model and provided data, identify ways to achieve a 10- 20% reduction in "unintentional" food safety violations. Qualifications: Applicants will be considered based on their knowledge, skills or abilities related to project needs. Specifically, applicants should show experience in Data Analytics & Research.
