Job Title: Customer Service Hours: Full-Time Salary: £15.00 per Hours – 42 hours a week – 4on 4off shift pattern. About the Role We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person. - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner. - Process customer requests and maintain accurate records. - Provide information on products and services. - Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
