Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, receiving, sorting, and stocking packages. All work is performed in a warehouse setting. This is a general labor type job that requires unloading packages out of trailers and then loading the packages into the UPS trucks based on the final destination city/postal code. This is a permanent part-time opportunity that offers: - Full benefits - Training and career development - Guaranteed wage progression - Steady work schedule Responsibilities: - Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods. - Loads and unloads UPS packages into/out of trailers. - Scan and sort packages Qualifications: - No experience necessary – on the job training provided! - Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. - Able to lift up to 70lbs. Shift: - Monday to Friday (5 days a week) - 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM (approx.) - Flexibility with start and finish times during high volume Compensation: - $18 / per hour (paid weekly – every Friday via direct deposit) - Guaranteed wage progression through Union Collective Agreement - $28.71 per hour after seniority plus 48 months of service - Health, dental, and vision care benefits after 1 year - Employee discounts - Promotion from within - career training and development - EAP – employee assistance program - Great teamwork environment!
