As part of team.blue, Europe’s leading technology ecosystem, Ticimax combines local expertise with global technological strength to provide businesses with world-class e-commerce infrastructure. 🎯 Mission & Core Purpose As a Senior System Engineer, you will design, manage, and optimize the infrastructure that keeps more than 30,000 e-commerce businesses running. You will ensure the performance, security, and continuity of our critical systems, and help modernize our IT infrastructure through automation and DevOps practices. 💼 Key Responsibilities Design, manage, and optimize system infrastructure across servers, storage, networks, and security components. Monitor and optimize the performance of on-premises environments, and develop backup and upgrade strategies. Resolve issues in production environments and provide 24/7 support for critical systems. Configure and manage essential system services such as DNS, DHCP, file servers, and certificate management. Use tools such as SCCM, SCOM, ManageEngine, and Zabbix for system monitoring and upgrades. Deploy and manage endpoint security solutions such as antivirus and anti-spam tools. Develop automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to simplify system management and reduce manual work. Work with teams to design and implement modern IT solutions aligned with industry best practices. Contribute to DevOps practices, including containerized environments and Linux systems. Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, and automation workflows in line with company policies and industry standards. 💡 Experience & Skills At least 6 years of professional experience in system administration. Advanced knowledge of Linux systems, preferably Debian or Ubuntu. Familiarity with DevOps practices and container technologies. Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms such as Zabbix. Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or similar. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to resolve complex issues in critical production environments. Good level of English. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 👤 Your Profile Knowledge of Windows Server (2019/2022). Experience modernizing IT systems and implementing scalable solutions. Basic knowledge of disaster recovery processes and capacity planning. Curious, open to learning, and enthusiastic about growth. 🌐 Location This role is hybrid.
