About the team: The Walmart Connect Sales Strategy Transformation team converts business priorities into actionable strategies that enhance sales effectiveness and operational excellence. Collaborating with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners, the team leads strategic initiatives, streamlines processes, and removes execution barriers. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, it addresses complex challenges, drives accountability, and enables Sales teams to focus on building advertiser relationships and expanding business. With broad organizational visibility and a collaborative approach, the team develops scalable solutions that meet emerging business needs and deliver measurable impact.
