We are expanding our team and looking for a Middle Project Manager to contribute to the successful delivery of innovative software solutions. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Middle Project Manager to join our team and manage a software development project in the logistics domain. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and risks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and customers. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Project Manager with strong leadership skills who can take ownership of project delivery, navigate changing requirements, and ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities - Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial business requirements to successful delivery. - Break down project goals into actionable tasks, analyze requirements, and ensure alignment with sprint objectives. - Plan project scope, estimate efforts, set deadlines, and manage delivery schedules. - Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. - Coordinate release planning and ensure smooth project delivery. - Monitor project progress, team performance, and resource allocation to ensure project goals are achieved. - Maintain project documentation, plans, timelines, and regular status reports. - Communicate with customers and stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and deliverables. - Collaborate with customers on strategic planning and product roadmap development. - Facilitate effective teamwork, resolve blockers, and continuously improve project management processes. Requirements - 3+ years of professional experience in IT Project Management. - Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Familiarity with traditional project management approaches, such as Waterfall, PMBOK, and PRINCE2. - Experience managing web and mobile application development projects. - Strong project planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery management skills. - Understanding of business objectives, project strategies, and stakeholder expectations. - Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and people management skills. - Ability to manage priorities, resolve conflicts, and make effective decisions. - Experience working with small, highly skilled, cross-functional development teams. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to project management. - Ability to work independently, take ownership of project outcomes, and maintain effective customer communication. - English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
