Project Manager

We are looking for a highly self-motivated and organized Project Manager with a technical background and a product mindset who takes full ownership of delivery, leads teams with confidence, and builds long-term relationships with clients. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development, including end-to-end project delivery and managing several projects in parallel - Technical background: prior hands-on experience as a Developer, QA, BA, or DevOps engineer, or a technical degree - Product mindset: ability to understand the client’s business goals and end users’ needs, and to prioritize scope based on business value - Ability to discuss architecture, integrations, and technical risks with engineers and clients, validate estimates, and challenge them when needed - Proven experience leading cross-functional teams: setting direction, making decisions, and holding people accountable - Ability to stay structured and calm under pressure: prioritize, handle escalations, and lead difficult client conversations - Hands-on experience with various methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.) - Excellent understanding of SDLC processes and the role of the PM at each phase - Experience in financial and administrative project management (budgeting, DPM, COGS, invoicing, etc.) - Experience with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) - Strong self-discipline, time management skills, and a growth-oriented mindset - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher; Advanced is preferred Would be a plus: - Degree in Project Management, IT, or a related field - PMP and/or AWS certifications - Experience in pre-sales activities (estimations, proposals, client calls) - Experience in account management or customer success, or a track record of growing existing accounts - Experience in the Healthcare domain (e.g., healthcare software products, compliance requirements) Responsibilities: - Own project delivery from initiation to closure within budget, schedule, and resource constraints - Create, maintain, and execute a project management plan for each project (template available) - Lead cross-functional teams and support team members’ professional growth - Ensure projects run efficiently, profitably, and safely - Manage client expectations and satisfaction - Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients; understand their business goals and act as a trusted advisor - Run regular strategic touchpoints with client stakeholders (e.g., monthly or quarterly reviews) beyond day-to-day status updates - Identify opportunities to extend or grow the engagement and work with the account and sales teams on proposals - Manage and execute the day-to-day operational activities of a project: coordinate status updates, track project progress, proactively identify issues, and prepare periodic status reports - Participate in scoping, estimation, and technical decision-making together with the tech leads - Help clients shape and prioritize the backlog, suggest improvements, and focus the team on delivering the most valuable features - Manage risks and changes effectively - Handle financial and administrative project management - Contribute to continuous process improvement (Lessons Learned, CoE, etc.) - Commit to obtaining the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or higher Veterans are highly welcome.
