Billing Supervisor

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Billing Supervisor will drive billing excellence and compliance across Egypt operations by resolving complex customer claims with speed and precision. Champion root-cause analysis to eliminate systemic discrepancies and deliver transparent, gold-standard documentation to all AL customers. - Oversee the timely and accurate generation of invoices for clients, ensuring that all billing information is correct and in compliance with company policies and procedures. - Review and analyze billing data and reports to identify any discrepancies or errors, taking appropriate actions to resolve them. - Collaborate with other departments, such as collection and customer service, to ensure that billing processes are aligned with overall business objectives and customer satisfaction goals. - Monitor and maintain client accounts, ensuring that all billing records are up to date. - Address and resolve client inquiries and disputes regarding billing issues, providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships. - Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and IT departments to resolve systemic billing errors and system updates. - Ensure strict compliance with internal financial controls, company policies, and relevant regulatory standar ___________________ Are you a MATCH? - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of billing or financial operations experience within a fast-paced multinational corporation (MNC). - Fluent in English, with polished communication skills suitable for cross-border collaboration and senior stakeholder management. - Advanced technical proficiency in modern ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision) alongside expert-level skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling). - Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at diagnosing root causes, interpreting variance, and untangling complex billing data. - Client-first mindset, dedicated to turning billing inquiries into transparent, relationship-building touchpoints. - High degree of autonomy and ownership, capable of managing priorities, driving initiatives independently, and thriving in dynamic environments. - Uncompromising ethical standards and compliance discipline, with a firm commitment to regulatory requirements and group policy governance. #LI-CA2 Our Differences make our Performance At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
