You will develop customer-facing products that streamline complex review work while keeping people involved in important decisions. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Typically 3 to 6 years of product software engineering experience, with the ability to operate at a senior or staff level. - Experience building and launching zero-to-one products used by real customers, including production AI or LLM-powered features. - Full-stack experience with React and TypeScript or Node.js, or Python, across frontend and backend systems. - Experience building APIs and working with databases, ideally including PostgreSQL, Supabase, or similar technologies. - Strong product judgment, customer communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and workflow orchestration; financial services or other regulated-industry experience is a plus.
