About the role Seven Starling is looking to add a Group Therapist to its world-class therapist team. You’ll work with Seven Starling’s clinical team to consistently deliver high quality care to your group members. You will start by leading five to seven groups per week. Our ideal candidate is a licensed behavioral health professional with expertise in women’s mental health, particularly in facilitating specialized groups for women's mental health including perinatal and menopausal populations. What we look for at Seven Starling Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online group therapy Proficiency in structuring and leading virtual group therapy sessions Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care, including CBT, DBT, IPT and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Expertise in building group sessions that drive patient participation, support, and healing Experience working with diverse patient populations and demonstrating strong cultural awareness Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare! What you'll do Facilitate 55-minute telehealth sessions supporting perinatal and menopausal patients Participate in collaborative individual and group consultation to enhance clinical effectiveness Provide input, feedback, and observations to support group curriculum development Provide 5-10 Hours of weekly session availability between 11a-7p Mon-Thursday This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity. Who you are Independently licensed as a Psy.D with authority to practice under PSYPACT. Additional licenses in California and New York are a plus. Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a telehealth setting Have experience running groups within perinatal or menopausal mental health (e.g., NICU, women's clinic, women's PHP/IOP program) Have experience running virtual group therapy, preferably for at least 6 months.
