Technical Sales Specialist / Sales & Technical Service Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities: Represent SurTec’s interests in the Czech market Develop the local market by introducing value-added products to both new and existing customers Maintain relationships with existing clients Provide technical support to existing customers Conduct application engineering at clients’ plants and supervise SurTec operating systems Stay up to date with the latest SurTec processes and technologies Translate and update technical documentation, including TDSs, PIBs, articles and presentations Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.) Manage quotations for products and technologies for clients Manage projects and support market implementation activities Provide independent consulting services regarding technological processes implemented at clients’ plants Prepare reports and forecasts Perform all work in compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as applicable orders and guidelines Maintain office and laboratory equipment, tools, and appliances Qualifications: Experience in the chemical industry; experience in the surface finishing market is preferred 2–5 years of professional experience in a similar role preferred Native-level Czech and good communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to travel independently within the country on a regular basis and Time flexibility during working hours of our clients Computer literate Methodical and systematic approach to problem-solving Excellent report-writing skills Competent in chemical analytical procedures Experience in project management Good knowledge of Quality Management ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
