What's in Store We are on the lookout for an experienced Premium Audit Specialist to join our team. As the Premium Audit Specialist, you will provide enhanced services and analysis related to the Premium Audit QA department. In addition, you will perform quality review functions within the Audit QC Department to ensure that all audits meet regulatory and client-specific requirements, handle the processing of client returns for correction, tracking of metrics related to returns, analysis of metrics with associated action planning to resolve like issues in the future, and coordination of this data with the rest of the QA team. I In addition, the specialist role will provide ongoing feedback related to other reporting and data provided to Davies by our clients as it relates to quality items. The Premium Audit Specialist will also assist the QA Review Director in various reporting, team coordination/communication, and other daily duties as assigned. To be successful in this role, you need to have technical, interpersonal and math skills. You must have a High School Diploma and three to five years of related experience. Additionally, you will need to be dependable, adaptable, and be able to work in a team.
