Junior Technical Recruiter

If you already have some experience in IT recruitment and want to work on international projects, this role is for you! For 7 years our team has been hiring for startups and corporations in Europe, the US, Canada and Asia. You’ll run searches from sourcing to offer, with support from the team. Fully remote, full-time freelance, flexible schedule. Requirements: - Availability to work full-time - 6+ months of experience as an IT Recruiter, or at least completed IT Recruitment courses - Experience conducting HR screening calls - Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, keyword and Boolean search is a must - English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher - Attention to detail, good time management and ability to meet deadlines - Basic experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) in everyday recruitment tasks, such as outreach messages, job descriptions and candidate summaries - Interest in AI-assisted sourcing and willingness to learn new tools Responsibilities: - Full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (technical and non-technical positions) - Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn using Recruiter Lite filters - Communicating with candidates and clarifying details of their experience - Conducting HR interviews and preparing candidate feedback - Negotiating salary expectations with candidates when needed - Maintaining the ATS, client accounts, Gmail, Trello and recruitment metrics - Close communication with the team, weekly sync-ups What we offer: - Fully remote work - Flexible schedule - Support and mentorship from experienced recruiters - All Ukrainian public holidays are days off - Paid sick leave and vacation
