À propos du poste
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team as its first dedicated product designer, shaping the user experience and design language of a technical hiring platform. You will work across recruiter, engineer, and candidate experiences, with a mix of product design and hands-on frontend implementation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Learn how each user group interacts with the platform and identify friction in assessment and hiring workflows.
- Build and maintain a consistent design system across the product.
- Use product analytics and session recordings to identify opportunities and guide design improvements.
- Work with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to create consistent experiences across product surfaces.
- Redesign the marketing website, owning its information architecture, visual design, and frontend implementation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two to four years of product design experience, ideally in an early-stage startup or as an early design hire.
- A combination of UX and visual design skills in Figma and production frontend coding skills, especially TypeScript.
- Experience creating and applying a cohesive design system across a product, with a portfolio showing shipped product work.
- Technical fluency and the ability to collaborate closely with engineers.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog.
- Background designing non-consumer software, ideally for hardware, engineering, simulation, CAD, or developer tools.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and shipping improvements through short research and delivery cycles.
