About the company Our client is a software company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own software rollouts for customers from initial process review through setup, launch and user uptake. Act as a trusted adviser to both hands-on users and senior sponsors, and turn technical features into results the customer can measure. Feed field insights back to product and engineering teams. What you'll do - Run software rollouts end to end, from initial process review through setup, launch and adoption. - Advise stakeholders ranging from frontline staff to senior executives. - Partner with engineering and product teams to turn customer input into planned improvements. - Investigate problems seen in live use, document unusual cases and help get them resolved. - Build deep working knowledge of the product so you can serve as the go-to expert for customers. Requirements What we're looking for - Two or more years of experience in management consulting or a similar customer-facing role, with at least two years at a leading consulting firm. - Experience owning customer projects or implementations from start to finish. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail, shown through a spreadsheet-based assessment. - Polished client-facing and presentation skills, including experience managing executive relationships. - Comfort with modern AI tools, genuine interest in the field, and the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences. - Self-directed, able to make progress without close supervision when priorities are unclear and shifting quickly. Bonus points - Experience in a strategy or operations role at a technology company. - Some exposure to the finance sector or to back-office finance work inside a business. - MBA, for more senior candidates with four or more years of experience.
