Job Title: BIM Coordinator Department: BIM / Engineering Reports To: BIM Manager Job Summary: Manage the BIM team and processes for Middle East construction projects, ensuring accurate, clash-free, and constructible BIM models. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee QA/QC and BIM model submissions across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structural, MEP, Infrastructure, etc.). - Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards. - Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360. - Provide guidance on workflows and software tools. Work Environment: - Office-based, with potential collaboration across time zones. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering. - 10-15 years of BIM coordination experience in Middle East projects. - Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360. - Strong knowledge of LOD 200-500, MEP, ELV systems, and industry standards (DEWA, ASHRAE, NFPA). - Expertise in clash detection, coordination, and resolution. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
