Senior Frontend Engineer (React/Next.js)

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join an established financial technology product team and contribute to customer-facing web applications. You’ll work hands-on with React, TypeScript, and Next.js, collaborating directly with product, design, backend, QA, and client stakeholders to build reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Collaborate directly with client stakeholders while maintaining regular overlap with US working hours. Required for this role - 5+ years of frontend development experience. - Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js. - Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs. - Practical experience with automated testing. - Strong understanding of frontend performance, scalability, and code quality. - Experience working with Git and CI/CD workflows. - Ability to work independently within distributed product teams and collaborate directly with client stakeholders. Your responsibilities - Develop and maintain customer-facing frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js. - Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle. - Participate in technical discussions and contribute to frontend implementation decisions. - Review code and help maintain high standards for code quality and maintainability. - Build and maintain automated tests for frontend functionality. - Contribute to release activities and support applications in production. - Improve frontend performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience. - Use AI-assisted development tools as part of the development workflow where relevant.
