Senior Project Manager (WMS) | Polish-speaking

For our international client, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with fluent Polish to join a large-scale Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation project. The project focuses on implementing a central WMS solution and connecting multiple warehouses to the system, including integration with ERP and other business applications. Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end WMS implementation project, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases. - Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables. - Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, warehouse operations, and external implementation partners. - Oversee the integration of WMS with Symphonia ERP and other connected applications. - Ensure that business requirements and warehouse operational needs are reflected in the solution design and implementation. - Organise and facilitate project workshops, steering committees, testing, training, and deployment activities. - Coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live, and post-launch support. - Manage project risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies, ensuring timely resolution. - Drive process improvements, operational readiness, and user adoption. - Provide regular project status updates and reporting to management. - Travel to Poland for occasional on-site project activities. Requirements - 7+ years of experience in project management within logistics, supply chain, or IT transformation. - Proven experience in delivering at least one WMS implementation project. - Strong understanding of warehouse operations, warehouse management, and logistics processes. - Experience integrating WMS solutions with ERP systems. - Experience managing external implementation partners and vendors. - Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. - Fluent Polish — mandatory. - Good command of English. Will be a plus - Experience with Symphonia ERP, Workato, or similar integration platforms. - Experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environments. - APICS CSCP or similar supply chain certification. - PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certification.
