Digital Growth Recruitment Operations Lead

Recruitment & Marketing Division Head Digital Growth, Lead Generation & Operations Ameriland Transport is a U.S. trucking company operating on the owner-operator model, with 60+ trucks and ambitious growth plans. We are looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of our Recruitment & Marketing Division, improve digital lead generation processes, and build an efficient system connecting marketing performance with recruitment results. Responsibilities - Manage and oversee digital lead generation channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Indeed, and other acquisition platforms. - Monitor advertising performance, budgets, lead quality, and conversion rates. - Manage external marketing and email marketing specialists, evaluate their performance, and ensure results. - Oversee the recruiting team, set KPIs, monitor productivity, and improve recruitment workflows. - Monitor the entire lead management process, from initial contact to driver activation. - Analyze acquisition metrics, including Cost per Lead, Cost per Qualified Lead, Conversion Rate, and Cost per Activated Driver. - Oversee CRM processes, website performance, SEO, email campaigns, and recruitment-related digital assets. - Identify opportunities to optimize lead generation, improve conversion, and scale recruitment operations. Requirements - Proven experience in U.S. trucking or logistics. - Hands-on experience recruiting U.S. truck drivers, particularly Owner-Operators. - Experience leading recruitment teams and managing performance metrics. - Good understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, and conversion funnels. - Experience working with CRM systems, marketing analytics, and external service providers. - Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. - Good written and spoken English. Important: This is a management and operations role, not a hands-on advertising or content creation position. You will oversee the recruiting team and marketing performance, ensuring that advertising channels generate relevant leads and recruitment processes convert them into actual drivers. What We Offer - Fully remote position. - Schedule: 3 PM – 12 AM Kyiv time. - $2,500/month during the 3-month probation period. - $3,000/month after successful probation. - Full ownership of division operations and development. - Opportunity to build and scale a growing business function.
